Barn Owl with Star

Barn owls are hauntingly beautiful in their elegance and mystique. I went with a stylized design that hopefully does justice to their unique features. Neutral tones of glass for the plumage are contrasted by their iridescent eyes. Paired with a faceted star that dangles from bottom- it will send the suns rays in all different directions! This piece was especially challenging due to the symmetry and shape of the eyes :)
