Damages/Returns

If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of the box and contents immediately and let me know within 48 hours of receiving it!

After reaching out and discussing how to move forward, a return label will be emailed to you, which needs to be placed on the re-sealed package, and a dropoff or pickup date needs to be chosen. I can schedule a pickup with USPS if you are unable to travel to the post office!

If the item is damaged due to how I packed it:

I pay return shipping, repair it at no cost, and I pay to ship it back to you.

If the item is damaged in transit:

I file a claim with my post office, you pay return shipping, I repair at no cost, and I pay to ship it back to you.

If the item is damaged in your care (accidents happen!):

I will assess the cost of repair. You'll then pay for return shipping to me, pay for the repair, and return shipping back to you.

If the item becomes damaged due to the construction of the piece (ie, chain comes off, foil pulling away from the glass, pieces are separating):

I pay for return shipping, repair at no cost, and I pay to ship it back to you.


***Cracks vs Natural Fissures in the Glass***
Glass is an organic material! Meaning that the surface is not always entirely smooth. Ruffles, bubbles, and creases in the glass can be present from the manufacturing process; and sometimes these are mistaken for cracks in the glass.

The main difference is that a crack/break in the glass will not have any surface texture. It will appear as a flat, straight glimmer inside of translucent glass, able to be seen more clearly from certain angles. In opaque pieces, this will appear as a true crack (not a scratch or indent).


Cracks in pieces available on my website will always be stated and clearly photographed - I've chosen to sell these pieces at a discount instead of scrapping/repairing them because I think they still deserve love! I will never sell a piece that is physically compromised - the imperfections are entirely cosmetic.


RETURNS:
If the piece you ordered arrives in tact and fits the description, it cannot be returned. Please read listing descriptions for measurements and what each one includes. Any mistakes on my end will be resolved promptly! Your complete satisfaction with my artwork is my goal :)
